Welcome to the site of the Paul Hanson/Steve Erquiaga duo.

We play music that one could describe as chamber jazz, Brazilian jazz, world jazz.
Whatever you want to call it-you can. Our instrumentation is rather different-
bassoon and nylon-string guitar. What also stands out is the wood tones of our instruments and the conversational interaction we create.
